GIS4EU Workshop "Towards INSPIRE" - Call for Papers
The GIS4EU workshop will be
held on March 18 -19, 2009 at the University of West Hungary,
Faculty of Geoinformatics (Székesfehérvár, Budai str. 43).
The Workshop is organised by
CORILA, the Institute
of Geodesy, Cartography and Remote Sensing (FOMI) and the Faculty of Geoinformatics - University of West Hungary on behalf of the GIS4EU Project (www.gis4eu.eu)
The workshop is a paramount
opportunity for GIS experts, coming from industry, research institutions and
administrations, to meet and exchange information and experiences. The main
focus of the event is to analyse the INSPIRE Directive (Infrastructure for
Spatial Information in Europe) from a
technical point of view and present the results of the recent EU projects in
this field.
Authors are invited to
submit their abstracts for oral presentation.
The abstract should be
submitted electronically through the workshop web site
by the 27 of
February 2009.
